About
Almost everyone shopping for a home elevator is doing it for the first time. The information online is confusing. Every brand’s website is salesy. Contractors give wildly different quotes for what looks like the same product. And when you finally try to ask a simple question, you usually end up on a form that generates six follow-up calls from six companies who want to sell you something.
We built Home Elevator Hub because we thought that was backwards. Homeowners making a $40,000 decision about their own home deserve straight answers before anyone tries to sell them anything. We spent years in this industry watching good people get overwhelmed, and we wanted to create the resource we wished they had.
So this is not a broker site. It is not a lead-generation funnel in disguise. It is a place to read, research, and ask questions — at your pace, without pressure — until you feel confident about what comes next.
Transparency about how we work builds the trust we are hoping to earn. Here are both sides of the ledger.
We are independent of any single manufacturer. We maintain working relationships with every major US residential elevator brand and a national network of qualified installers.
We stay current on product lines, pricing, and warranty terms from the brands that serve the US residential market — including Stiltz, Savaria, PVE, Stannah, Cibes, and others. When a brand updates its models or changes its pricing, we update our guides.
We know the qualified residential elevator installers in most US metros. When you are ready to move toward a quote, we can recommend people we have worked with before. If a local installer has a poor track record, we will tell you — that is the whole point of the independent model.
Most importantly, we talk to hundreds of homeowners every year in the research phase. What we learn from those conversations — the questions that come up, the surprises, the pain points — shapes every guide on this site.
A small team that has spent years in and around the residential elevator industry.
